Standard, Racing or the completely new EC-Offroad design! All discs are made of high-quality steel alloy, are characterized by excellent workmanship and are homologated.

All brake discs, including those for scooters, are TÜV approved.

For special motorcycle models, drawings with the most important brake disc parameters are available.

The discs are wear-resistant and have an up to 30% longer service life compared to other similar replacement parts.

All variants: Standard, RAC and EC-offroad discs are made of extremely deformation-resistant, hardened steel.

Precision surface grinding (thickness deviation 2/100mm) prevents vibrations and improves pad fit.

The even increase and decrease in temperature allows for maintaining a constant pressure point.

The floating brake discs have titanium-coloured anodised inner rings milled from aluminium.

Floating discs do not rattle because the high-quality stainless steel rivets are held in tension by wave washers.

A new special alloy prevents corrosion. The use of laser technology has allowed for a lightweight structure with a precise shape. Each brake disc can be individually matched with brake pads from the TRW-Lucas range.
