NAD SL - the owner of the SHAD brand - was founded in Spain in 1973. The company's core business was the production of OEM equipment for many European motorcycle manufacturers. These were mainly cases, saddlebags and seats for motorcycles and scooters. As a result of a significant increase in production capacity and customer interest, NAD SL decided in 1992 to produce cases, bags and saddlebags under the independent SHAD brand, which was met with great recognition among motorcyclists from over 70 countries to which SHAD products are currently exported. SHAD accessories are characterized by a very recognizable design and innovation. Careful workmanship, the use of modern and tested solutions mean that sales are growing year by year, and the offer is being expanded very dynamically. SHAD does not limit its design only to typical solutions. Every now and then, products that break stereotypes are introduced to the offer, which in subsequent years also appear in the offer of other accessory manufacturers.

The internal volume of the Shad cases and the mounting angle of the 3P system are designed to shift the weight of the luggage towards the bike's centre of gravity, providing greater stability while riding.
