New version of § 21a section 2 of the Road Traffic Act of 30/10/2014: "Anyone who drives motorcycles or open three- or multi-wheeled motor vehicles with a maximum design speed of more than 20 km/h and who rides on them or in them as a passenger must wear an appropriate protective helmet while driving. This does not apply when mandatory seat belts are fastened."
