What is the 4P system?
One of the most important innovations of SHAD. The new 4P System side mount kit was created especially for this occasion, and in its development it was not only about aesthetics. Safety was a key issue to consider.
- Integrated design: The 4P kit is much better integrated with the bike. It supports the four points (4P) needed to attach the Side Cases.
- Position: Both the volume of the cases and the angle of the 4P system have been designed to shift the weight of the luggage as much as possible towards the bike's center of gravity. This provides greater safety and stability when riding fully loaded.
- Aerodynamics: The use of 4 points gives both firmness and flexibility. This is reflected in the slight rocking of the cases, which allows air to flow freely around them, avoiding the "anchor" effect of a typical flat and rigid casing. Again, this results in better safety and stability of movement.
