Universal Intercom™ makes the 10R-02 compatible with most non-Sena Bluetooth® communication systems. The 10R-02 is also firmware-updable for the life of the headset, meaning the technology will never become outdated.

The 10R-02 includes Audio Multitasking™, which lets you listen to two audio sources at the same time. You can have intercom conversations while streaming music, listen to GPS instructions at the same time, and more.

Connecting the 10R-02 to the Sena Utility app (Android or iPhone) allows you to configure device settings, set up intercom buddy groups, and access an interactive quick start guide.
